What is the color of Jesus??

I have started digging and am doing it seriously. It’s a great way to get some good stuff and good friends also. Almost all bloggers know what is the power of digg and what it can do to your blog. So some crap(including the contents of my blog) is digged into this network. The best way to get noticed is to create controversies. I hate the ones which are really unnecessary. Here is one of them.

While digging across I found this story. I was stunned. How can one make a survey of such thing?? They didn’t had any other question?? Why color of Jesus? Why god is also pulled into this “color” thing? I am a Hindu by religion and have faith in god. At the same time I think there is only one god above all religions. It hurts when someone tries to differentiate it based on color.

There are 33 crore god characters in my religion. Everyone has something unique. Some are black, some are blue, some are “white”. But they are praised with just the feeling to pray. The reason to pray may be different. Till date I never heard of single incidence where there was an argument like “Lord Krishna is white and not blue” or “Goddess Kali is not black”. We have fear for our god and that may be the reason behind this.

This is really cheap publicity just to create controversies and get hits. Such cheap things should be stopped. Unknowingly I digged this article instead of burying. Now i am thinking of creating controversies on current hot topics. How about a controversial link between Barack obama and Sarah Palin?? That will sell like a hot cake. Someone do it. Let me be clean.

If at the end of this post you are stil thinking of what color is Jesus then close your eyes and let your heart see him.

Tuesday Readings 07

I know you are bored of reading my blog. Probably you visit my blog on every Tuesday just to find something other than nonsense. Do you like my choice of readings??

This one I found through digging. I digg in my garden sometimes to get rid of weeds. But this digging is different and it leads to good reading stuff. 20 Things to do on Your Day Off is a post most of you will be looking for. It mentions just what it says. Many times you get out of ideas. You need someone to suggest. This one tells you what to do when  you have off from your work. I liked the 5th tip. :angel:

From the above post I jumped to zen please. That is the thing most of you must have done or will be doing now. Wow!!! I found one more post to blog about. 5 Simple Ways to Getting Things Done opens your eyes. Some more tips for me to get my life organized. What stroked me was the picture which looks like Garfield and brightens the post.

Next is my Entrecard dropper. I found her bog in my top droppers list. I confess that I don’t read all the blog I drop. Forget all not even my top droppers. But the things will change now. I’ll read at least top 10 droppers. Blessed am I is a “what I have” list. Such lists are often the fruit of “bored of blogging”. I don’t know about this post. Of all, the last one holds good for me very well. I have my faith in God.

Think Nonsense…

Strange Thing

Many times strange things happen with me. I keep wondering why they happen with me?? May be because I always search for the positive side first. Or may be god has a special place for me. Actually he loves everyone equally. But I feel differently when these strange things happen. Let me tell you the reason for this.

I was on my job traveling from one site to other. There is a Bus stand that comes between the site. Nearby there is bazaar. It’s obvious so as to get more customers, bazaar is near the bus stand. As always there was lot of crowd. Good time to see chicks around. :love: So I just entered the bazaar and thought of buying something. Thankfully I had money due the salary.

The crowd in bazaar is so much that you hardly find a place  to step. Add to it the rains. Everywhere there was this muddy water which looks like tea. Ready made natural tea in today’s world of fast food. I didn’t find anything interesting to buy. Now call me a miser if you want. Is it so difficult to find a thing from many things to buy?? So I thought of getting out of the bazaar to the bus stand again to catch my bus. Continue reading →

I don’t like dawgs

Oops. Spelling mistake. I wanted to write dogs. Search engine will like that. :p Getting to the point, I don’t like dogs. They are good when they are friend with me. Otherwise they keep running after me. Especially the pet dogs. There is a saying in Hindi which means “Every dog is a lion in his area”. It is true. I am not afraid of lions. That’s because I never faced them. 😀 But these dogs are dangerous.

On the other side I like dogs when they are puppies. The cute looking and very friendly innocent puppies. They remember the smell of a person. So if I go after sometime they’ll not run after me. They know I am a good boy. So whenever there is a new pet in your neighborhood just go and be friend with the pet. That way you are sure that he’ll not be after you. Precaution is better than cure. Innocent Questions

While reading I found some really interesting and funny questions. When I was a kid, I hammered a lot of questions. And I think most of the kids do that. Especially the new generation kids. They are just too much. I have to shut my mouth in front of them. They are over smart and have answer to every question.

This is just one the questions from that list. I’ll put others in coming posts.

My grandson was visiting one day when he asked,
“Grandma, do you know how you and God are alike?”
I mentally polished my halo while I asked, “No, how are we alike?”
“You’re both old,” he replied.

I wonder where did that kid saw God. In India we believe that kids are close to god. And may be because of that he must have seen him. The timing and thinking behind this thought makes me go crazy. How can a kid like that think that?? May be it’s a kid stuff. But certainly not for me. (I’m a kid then???????? :p )

So this little series of posts will last for this month only. There are some 6-7 such questions. I want all of them to be here. Let’s see if I can think more nonsense than the kids. I cannot guarantee that I’ll be the winner. But will give a tough fight to them.. 😆
